04/01/2007 Unit selector: Now you can select between km or mi for your cycling and running workouts, and between lb and kg for your weight workouts. To change the units go to 'Options' in the Training Menu.
18/12/2006 New features added include the running log, top member totals on the main page, and personal 30-day trends on each activity page.
